Sales and Marketing Representative - Santa Ana, CA and El Cajon, CA
Responsible for generating sales revenue by responding to leads generated by national advertising campaigns, as well as prospecting and adding new customers using creative marketing techniques.
Essential Functions of Sales and Marketing Representative include :
- Conducts sales calls to customer homes
- Presents sales presentations and informs customers of advantages of using our services versus others
- Conducts sales bids at convenience of customer (including early evening and Saturday)
- Promotes upsell of additional services
- Follows procedures for appropriate pricing of bids
- Meets established standards in bid conversion, customer retention, product mix, etc.
- Conducts follow-up of leads through telephone and person-to-person contact
- Maintains appropriate sales reports and submits reports in a timely manner
· Position is full time, approximately 40 – 50 hours per week
· Schedule is typically mid days, and requires some early evening work
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college is preferred.
- One to two years of professional sales experience with proven track record required.
- Valid driver’s license
- Current liability insurance on automobile
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to pass motor vehicle records check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays.
